Supporting individuals & families


Whether you are a newly diagnosed Coeliac, have been trying to get to grips with the gluten free diet some time now, or a parent who is trying to help your child adapt to a new lifestyle, coaching can support you. 
My goal is to help you with the challenges of transition to a gluten free diet and the day-to-day planning required, by providing Coeliac Lifestyle Coaching on areas including:

  • What foods to eat or not to eat - ensure you are sticking to a gluten-free diet
  • Building your confidence - around explaining your Coeliac needs to others
  • Where to buy gluten free food - shops, markets, online, bake your own gluten free receipes 
  • Work on day to day living - varied menu planning, eating out at restaurants, social events etc.
  • Building a support network - find organisations and support groups in your area.

How do I get coached?

I provide Coeliac Lifestyle Coaching for individuals and groups.  Individual and Family Coeliac Coaching Packages are available. Face-to-face Coeliac Coaching available at my coaching room in Dublin 4. For those outside Dublin, I work with clients by phone/skype.


How does Coeliac Lifestyle Coaching work?

As your Coeliac Coach I will listen, support, encourage, motivate and assist you in managing the Coeliac Lifestyle challenges you may be having difficulty with.  I will assist you in assessing your coeliac challenges overall and identify the areas that need particular attention, we can then look at designing an action plan specific to your requirements.  All communication is strictly confidential.

Learn how taking charge and introducing some new ideas will positively change your lifestyle. Discover how gluten free living can be a healthy way of life which increases your overall well-being.
